C | 体育产业综合实力和影响力迈上新台阶，在稳经济、带就业、促消费方面的能力持续增强，成为我市国民经济发展新增长点。

E | 《规划》同时部署了“国际赛事名城”“全民健身热城”“竞技体育强城”“体育产业旺城”“体育服务智城”“体育开放融城”六大主要任务。比如，打造国际赛事名城方面，高效抓好“后亚运”时期亚运场馆综合利用，构建国际化赛事品牌矩阵，培育发展赛事经济，全面推进国际赛事名城建设。
